Swing Manager

GIAANSH MANAGEMENT LTD is seeking a skilled Swing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our dining facilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy dining environment.
- Requisition Supplies: Order and manage the procurement of food, kitchen supplies, and equipment to maintain high-quality standards.
- Supervise Staff: Lead and train a team of food service staff, ensuring they adhere to sanitation and safety procedures.
- Train Staff: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet our high-quality standards, addressing any customer complaints or concerns.
- Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets, cost estimates, and reports to maintain financial transparency.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service or related role.
- Supervision: 3-4 people, with the potential to supervise up to 10 staff members.
- Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, and physically demanding tasks.
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, team player, initiative, and dependability.
