About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Swing Manager to join our team at GIAANSH MANAGEMENT LTD. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management
    • Develop and implement efficient systems to manage food preparation, service, and inventory.
    • Monitor and control food costs, labor costs, and overall kitchen operations.
  • Staff Supervision
    • Supervise and train a team of food service staff to ensure they are equipped to provide excellent service.
    • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service and that their needs are met.
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Inventory Management
    • Manage inventory levels and ensure that all necessary supplies are ordered in a timely manner.
    • Monitor and control waste and minimize losses.
  • Reporting and Budgeting
    • Prepare and submit regular reports on kitchen operations, sales, and expenses.
    • Develop and manage budgets for kitchen operations and inventory.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service management role
  • Skills
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
