Key Responsibilities:- Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy dining environment.
- Requisition Supplies: Order and manage the procurement of food, kitchen supplies, and equipment to maintain high-quality standards.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise and train a team of food service staff, ensuring they adhere to sanitation and safety procedures.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, sales, and wastage to inform budgeting and cost estimates.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management on daily operations and performance metrics.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, and physically demanding
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, team player, initiative, and dependability
- 40 hours per week
- Work Term: Permanent
