Job Title: Swing Manager

GIAANSH MANAGEMENT LTD is seeking a skilled Swing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet business needs.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, ensuring high-quality food and service standards are met.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Manage inventory, ordering supplies and equipment as needed.
  • Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and other key performance indicators.
  • Ensure adherence to safety regulations and procedures.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a food service management role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Physical stamina to work in a physically demanding environment.
Work Environment:

Our restaurant operates in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be required to work under pressure and maintain a high level of productivity.

The primary language of work is English.
