Swing Manager

GIAANSH MANAGEMENT LTD is seeking a skilled Swing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our dining facilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the needs of our customers.
- Requisition Supplies: Order and manage food and kitchen supplies to ensure a consistent and high-quality dining experience.
- Supervise Staff: Lead and train a team of food service staff to ensure they are equipped to provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Train Staff: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to help staff improve their skills and knowledge.
- Hire Staff: Recruit and hire qualified food service staff to join our team.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all food and service meet our high standards for quality and safety.
- Budgeting: Prepare and manage budgets to ensure we are operating within our means.
- Customer Service: Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform our business decisions.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management on key performance indicators.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service or related role.
- Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, and physically demanding.
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, team player, initiative, and dependability.
