Job Title: Swing Manager

GIAANSH MANAGEMENT LTD is seeking a skilled Swing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and dining areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement efficient methods to meet work schedules and deadlines.
  • Requisition and manage food and kitchen supplies to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring timely and accurate service.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Hire and manage food service staff to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and wastage to inform business decisions.
  • Establish and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing and minimize overtime.
  • Order materials and stock to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Ensure adherence to safety regulations and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a food service or hospitality role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage staff and customers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and high pressure.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
