About the Role
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized Client Service Coordinator to join our Commercial Team in Vancouver. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and support to our clients and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with policy documentation, certificates, and other administrative tasks.
- Process and maintain accurate records of client correspondence, invoices, and other documentation.
- Collaborate with the Commercial Team to ensure seamless client service and support.
- Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with premium financing, accounting, and other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a commercial insurance or related field.
- Level 2 license (insurance designation, CIP or CAIB preferred) or working towards.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
