We are seeking a highly skilled Damage Resolution Specialist to join our team at Driving Force Vehicle Rentals, Sales and Leasing. In this role, you will be responsible for serving as the primary point of contact for internal teams and customers throughout the damage and repair process.

As a key member of our Damage Resolution team, you will communicate promptly and professionally with customers via phone and email, providing updates on vehicle damages, necessary repairs, and the overall repair process. You will also prepare and provide all relevant documentation, including condition reports, appraisals, estimates, and final invoices, ensuring customers are fully informed.

In addition to your technical skills, you will need to possess excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills, with a strong focus on building and maintaining positive relationships with customers.
