Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Coordinator Liaison to join our growing team. As a key member of our Inside Operations Team, you will provide administrative and customer support to our Sales Team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • You will be the primary contact between customers, sales representatives, vendors, and our internal operations team.
  • Maintain and manage customer expectations for order delivery times.
  • Enter and track orders, coordinate with freight companies, and ensure timely product delivery.
  • Source special products for customers, provide back-order suggestions, and support our CSR and sales teams.
  • Run reports and perform administrative tasks to optimize business performance.
  • Manage our shared customer inbox, ensuring timely responses and high-quality service.
  • Develop expertise in our products to suggest alternatives and quotes for customers.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify growth opportunities, locate new prospects, and drive business success.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Hands-on experience with ERP and CRM systems.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and BI.
  • A sense of ownership and pride in your work's impact on the business.
  • Critical thinking skills with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • The ability to handle confidential and time-sensitive information.
  • Self-motivation and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Solid organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer competitive compensation, benefits, RRSP matching, share savings plans, performance incentives, and career development opportunities. Our salary range for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience.

In addition to your annual salary, you can expect other benefits including health, dental, and vision coverage, as well as paid vacation time and sick leave.
