This Executive Assistant position is a key role within the AppleOne organization, providing high-level administrative support to the CEO and other senior executives.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate the CEO's schedule and activities to ensure maximum productivity and effectiveness.
- Prepare and review correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of the CEO, utilizing strong writing and communication skills.
- Manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and making appointments as needed.
- Review and respond to mail, voicemail, and email on behalf of the CEO, prioritizing and forwarding or taking action as required.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and various stakeholders, both internally and externally, at all levels of the organization.
- Handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion and professionalism.
- Support the administrative needs of the Board of Directors, Board Chair, and other senior executives.
- Coordinate CEO involvement in internal and external events, ensuring logistics, preparation, and timely delivery of materials.
- Minimum 5 years of previous administrative support experience, with a minimum of 3 years at the executive level.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to thrive in a complex and fast-paced environment.
- Strong business writing skills, with the ability to create correspondence and presentations that reflect the CEO's voice and style.
- Excellent judgment and ability to assess incoming correspondence and prioritize tasks accordingly.
- Ability to deal with sensitive business and employee information confidentially and professionally.
- Professional demeanor and ability to develop strong working relationships with executives and other stakeholders.
- Superior organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask daily activities.
- Advanced computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft products.
- Business degree preferred.
