Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Culinary Specialist to join our team at Jesse Chansy Fashion Group Ltd. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes, as well as training and supervising kitchen staff and helpers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes, including special meals for patients as instructed by a dietitian or chef.
  • Team Leadership: Train and supervise kitchen staff and helpers, ensuring that they are equipped to perform their duties efficiently and effectively.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring that our kitchen is well-stocked and organized.
  • Cleanliness and Safety: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure that they are clean and safe for food preparation and consumption.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment that requires the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Overtime may be required, and the ability to work independently is essential.
