Job Summary

The Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of our menu items, ensuring high-quality standards are met, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Development: Collaborate with our culinary team to design and implement new menu items, ensuring they meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Kitchen Operations: Supervise and coordinate the preparation and cooking of menu items, ensuring timely and efficient service.
  • Staff Management: Lead and motivate our kitchen staff, providing guidance and training to ensure they meet our high standards of quality and service.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of ingredients and supplies, ensuring we maintain optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Cleanliness and Safety: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar role.
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Certifications: Food safety certifications and any other relevant certifications.
  • Language: English.
