Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Persepolis Persian Restaurant Ltd. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution
    • Develop and implement menus that showcase our restaurant's unique Persian cuisine
    • Source high-quality ingredients and manage inventory to ensure efficient kitchen operations
  • Team Leadership
    • Supervise and train a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure seamless kitchen operations
    • Provide guidance and support to team members to achieve exceptional food quality and presentation
  • Food Safety and Quality Control
    • Ensure strict adherence to food safety and handling procedures to maintain a clean and healthy kitchen environment
    • Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure dishes meet our high standards
  • Inventory Management
    • Manage inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize kitchen operations
    • Source high-quality ingredients and supplies to maintain a well-stocked kitchen
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure exceptional customer service by maintaining a clean and welcoming kitchen environment
    • Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their dining experience is exceptional
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • 3 years of experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef in a high-volume restaurant
    • Diploma or degree in culinary arts or a related field
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Proven track record of menu planning and execution
    • Excellent leadership and team management skills
    • Strong knowledge of food safety and quality control procedures
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills
