Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Organizational Development Director to join our team at HI-POINT TRUCK SALES LTD. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing organizational policies and programs that drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Allocate resources to implement organizational policies and programs
  • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and senior staff positions
  • Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments
  • Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate promotional campaigns, and approve human resources planning
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
  • Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions
  • Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff and delegate authority
Requirements
  • 5 years or more of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Interpersonal awareness and team player
  • MS Access, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word skills
Work Environment

Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a large workload.

Language

English.

Work Hours

40 hours per week.
