  • Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions, delegating authority as needed.
  • Select and develop middle managers, directors, and executive staff to drive business success.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 5 years or more of experience in human resources and organizational development.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Interpersonal awareness and team player skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
Work Environment

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a strong ability to multitask. They will be required to work 40 hours per week and have excellent oral and written communication skills.
