About the Role

Fleetex Transport is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic HR and Organizational Development Leader to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving organizational excellence and ensuring the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve organizational performance
  • Lead the development and implementation of HR policies and programs to support business objectives
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to establish and achieve organizational goals and objectives
  • Provide guidance and support to middle managers and directors to ensure effective leadership and management practices
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, customers, and partners
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as HR, Business Administration, or Organizational Development
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior HR or organizational development role
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and improving organizational performance
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
