Strategic HR and Organizational Development Leader

ONTARIO INC. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic HR and Organizational Development Leader to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing organizational policies and programs that drive business success.
Key Responsibilities:- Allocate resources to implement organizational policies and programs
- Authorize and establish major departments and senior staff positions
- Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments
- Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate promotional campaigns, and approve human resources planning
- Establish organizational objectives and formulate or approve policies and programs
- Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions
- Select middle managers, directors, or executive staff and delegate authority
- Bachelor's degree
- 5 years or more of experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Interpersonal awareness and team player
- Work Term: Permanent
- Work Language: English
- Hours: 40 hours per week
