Compact Construction Equipment Sales Representative

At Brandt, we are seeking a skilled Territory Manager – Compact Construction Equipment to join our Saskatoon, SK Construction & Forestry Branch. This exciting role involves prospecting and developing new business opportunities, as well as maintaining and growing existing customer relationships. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing key business strategy, backed by a best-in-class support organization to help you succeed.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with new and existing customers, following market trends and aggressively discovering leads
  • Maintain and grow existing customer relationships through regular interactions in the assigned area of responsibility
  • Provide ongoing customer service to existing customers to ensure repeat and referral business
  • Develop and maintain product knowledge of all compact construction equipment offered at Brandt
  • Meet or exceed all sales targets and performance indicators
  • Complete all sales documentation in a timely and accurate manner
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Highly motivated, ambitious, and energetic entrepreneurial outlook
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
  • Ability to source and prospect new clients on an ongoing basis
  • Ability to present and negotiate with potential customers
  • Must be available to travel as needed; a recent driver's abstract and valid passport are required

Required Experience:

  • Sales industry experience and/or knowledge of the Compact Construction industry is considered an asset
  • Proficient computer knowledge and skills, including Microsoft office suite
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Highly motivated, ambitious, and energetic entrepreneurial outlook
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
  • Ability to source and prospect new clients on an ongoing basis
  • Ability to present and negotiate with potential customers
