Heavy Equipment Sales Representative

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Heavy Equipment Sales Representative to join our team at Headwater Equipment in Saskatoon, SK. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to the growth and success of our organization.
Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year
About Headwater EquipmentHeadwater Equipment is a leading heavy equipment sales and service company that specializes in refurbishing and repairing late model heavy construction equipment. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional customer service, quality products, and a safe and healthy work environment.
Job Summary:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Provide excellent customer service through prompt communication, accurate information, and timely responses to customer inquiries
- Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to achieve sales targets
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and decisions
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the heavy equipment industry
- Strong knowledge of heavy equipment and its applications
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

- No criminal offenses that would limit ability to travel to the USA and abroad
Location: Headwater Equipment is based in Saskatoon, SK, and this role requires frequent travel within the province and occasional travel to other regions.
