Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our customers, providing expert advice on our products and services, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences
  • Stay up-to-date with new products and services, promoting them to customers and identifying opportunities for growth
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, working collaboratively with the team to achieve results
  • Provide feedback and suggestions for improving customer experience and sales processes

Requirements:

  • Previous customer service or sales experience, preferably in the telecommunications industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to stay up-to-date with new developments
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting sales targets and deadlines
  • Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including evenings and weekends
