About this Role: As a Sales Associate, you will be the first point of contact with customers, providing expert advice on devices and plans, and building strong relationships to drive customer loyalty.
- Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to drive sales growth.
- Stay up-to-date with new products and services, utilizing digital tools and systems to interact with customers and meet sales targets.
- Collaborate with team members to provide alternative solutions to problems and effectively communicate updates or changes to processes and procedures.
- Work a varied and flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, to meet business needs.
You are someone who:
- Maintains a positive attitude when dealing with customers, providing a welcoming and inclusive experience.
- Has demonstrated past customer service experience, with a strong ability to build rapport and understand customer needs.
- Is comfortable taking ownership, showing initiative, and taking lead to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.

Job Details:
- Job Type: Full-time
- Pay: $17.00 per hour
- Shift: 8 hour shift
- Work days: Monday to Friday, weekends as needed
