About Wireless DNA: With over 20 years in the industry, Wireless DNA is an authorized exclusive Rogers and Fido dealer with a network of stores across the Greater Toronto area.
About this Role: As a Sales Associate, you will be the first point of contact with customers, providing expert advice on devices and plans, and building strong relationships to maintain customer loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver superior customer service, taking ownership of problems and providing alternative solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with new company products and services, and utilize digital tools to interact with customers.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, collaborating with team members to provide alternative solutions to problems.
- Work a varied and flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings.
Requirements:
