About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at the Calgary International Airport location. As a Sales Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and will be responsible for building strong relationships, providing expert advice, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with our latest products and services, and provide expert advice to customers on the best solutions for their needs.
  • Sales Performance: Meet and exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Adaptability: Be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.

Requirements
  • Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer-facing roles, with a strong focus on providing exceptional service.
  • Product Knowledge: Strong knowledge of telecommunications products and services, with a willingness to learn and stay up-to-date.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
