About the Role
As a Sales Associate at Wireless DNA, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with our customers, answering their questions, and providing advice on the most suitable devices and plans. You will also be expected to maintain customer loyalty and meet monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest products and services, and be able to advise customers on the most suitable options.
- Sales: Meet and exceed sales targets, and work to build strong relationships with customers to increase loyalty and retention.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements
- Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a sales or retail environment.
- Product Knowledge: Strong knowledge of telecommunications products and services.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
