Our award-winning network of stores offers the best and latest in telecommunication technology. With 35 locations across the Greater Toronto area and one at the Calgary airport, we provide exceptional customer service and support.

About the Role

As a Sales Associate at Wireless DNA, you will be the first point of contact with our customers. You will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, maintaining customer loyalty, and providing expert advice on devices and plans. You will work closely with your team to meet monthly objectives and strive for excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver superior customer service and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Stay up-to-date with new company products and services, and promote them to customers
  • Utilize digital tools and systems to interact with customers
  • Meet and exceed key performance metrics, including sales targets and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with team members to provide alternative solutions to problems and communicate updates or changes to processes and procedures

Requirements
  • Demonstrated past customer service experience
  • Ability to work a varied and flexible schedule (Monday – Sunday)
  • Positive attitude when dealing with customers
  • Comfortable taking ownership, showing initiative, and taking lead
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Can handle challenging feedback and stay self-motivated to achieve results

Work Details
  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed
  • Calgary International Airport, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work
