Human Resources Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to join our team at Transparent Staffing Solutions Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing personnel information databases, maintaining registration systems, and providing basic information to clients and the public.
Key Responsibilities- Manage personnel information databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date records
- Maintain registration systems, records, and files to ensure compliance with regulations
- Prepare staff relations information to support employee engagement and retention
- Provide basic information to clients and the public to ensure excellent customer service
- Arrange for in-house and external staff training to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Respond to enquiries regarding personnel matters to provide timely and accurate support
- Arrange for advertising and posting of job vacancies to attract top talent
- Screen job applicants to ensure they meet the requirements of the role
- Conduct reference checks to verify the qualifications and experience of candidates
