Reporting to the Director of People & Culture, the Human Resources Administrator will assist the department with daily administrative duties. This role is responsible for supporting the full-cycle recruitment and onboarding process, HRIS administration, and providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

**Schedule**:Full-Time; 5 days per week onsite

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct reference checks and initiate criminal history checks
- Provide support, as needed, for career fairs and recruitment events
- Extract and utilize data on effectiveness of current employee programs as well as completing survey submissions to support best practices
- Assist the People & Culture department in various functions, including but not limited to administrative duties and internal recruitment activities
- Assist with People & Culture initiatives and projects as requested
- Remains up-to-date with current industry trends

**Required qualifications and skill sets**
- At least 1-2 years of previous Human Resources Administration experience
- Human Resource post secondary education required
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- High attention to detail and organizing skills
- Tech Savvy and proficiency with MS Office suite
- Experience on working in a fast paced environment
