About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced cook to join our team at BW Lounge and Dining. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods, as well as training staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
  • Clean kitchen and work areas
  • Manage kitchen operations
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 35 hours per week
