We are seeking a skilled Operations Support Specialist to join our team at GRH TRANSPORT SERVICES LTD. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting our employees in their daily tasks.
The ideal candidate will have experience in administrative procedures and be able to evaluate new processes to ensure they meet our standards. You will also be responsible for establishing work priorities and ensuring that all procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
Main Responsibilities- Evaluate and implement new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
- Establish and maintain work priorities and schedules to meet deadlines
- Coordinate and plan office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services
- Assist in preparing the operating budget and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
- Degree in Business Administration or related field
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in administration
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, and MS Word
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Reliability and flexibility
This is a permanent position with a salary range of $40,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, dental insurance, and retirement savings plan.
