About the Role

We are currently seeking an Administrative Legal Coordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible for providing administrative support to our lawyers and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities

">

- Schedule and confirm appointments with clients and witnesses;
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems;
- Record and prepare minutes of court sessions, meetings, or conferences;
- Determine and establish office procedures and routines;
- Arrange travel and related itineraries for staff members;
- Prepare financial statements and reports;
- Review and proofread documents and correspondence to ensure compliance with legal procedures and grammatical usage;
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks;

Requirements

- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate;
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role;
- Ability to work on site at our physical location;
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
