Professional Legal Administrator

Ollip P.C. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Professional Legal Administrator to join our team.
About the RoleThis position is ideal for a dynamic individual who can work autonomously and as part of a team to deliver excellent client service. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, including client intake, file management, and document preparation.
Key Responsibilities- Client intake and communication with clients, foreign associates, and external governmental bodies
- File opening, conflict checks, and document filing with courts and government offices
- Document preparation, revision, and reporting
- Legal research and review of documents
- File management and billing
- Completion of high school, college, or technical training
- Legal Assistant Certificate or Paralegal Diploma
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Amicus Attorney
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
