Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at Baine Johnston. As a key member of our front-line staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Greet clients and visitors, respond to inquiries, and provide information on our services and policies.
- Switchboard Operations: Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and operate our switchboard system.
- Administrative Support: Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Communication: Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role or administrative position is an asset.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
