We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Irving Energy. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance to customers on budget and financial support for purchasing our products and services.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing excellent service through verifying and updating customer account information, troubleshooting and resolving basic account-related problems, and escalating issues as necessary.
  • Reduce company exposure by conducting soft collections with customers and forwarding issues to the Customer Credit Representative as needed.
  • Process customer payments via various payment options.
  • Perform other duties as required to maintain and enhance departmental productivity.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education preferred.
  • 1-3 years of contact center experience.
  • Experience working with budgets and finance.
