What We Offer:
As a Contact Center Representative at TD Insurance, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team environment. You will receive comprehensive training and onboarding, as well as ongoing development opportunities to help you grow in your role.
Requirements:
Post-Secondary Education and/or Relevant Experience: A minimum of a secondary school diploma or equivalent level of education, and a decision issued by the AMF recognizing at least three years of full-time employment experience (Quebec ONLY).
Availability: Must be available to work Monday – Friday between 8am – 11pm and Saturdays between 9am – 6pm.
Exceptional Listening Skills: Ability to listen actively and respond with empathy to customer concerns.
Digital Literacy: Proficiency in using computer systems, applications, and multiple screens with speed and accuracy.
Flexibility and Resilience: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers and colleagues.
