Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at Randstad Canada. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in both English and French.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Provide first-level CRM and platform troubleshooting, coordinating with the technical team as needed
- Prioritize and respond to customer emails promptly, maintaining clear and organized records
- Collaborate with the customer service team to enhance efficiency and support smooth operations

Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in a call centre customer service role
- Bilingual in English and French is a must
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Attention to detail, especially in data and communications
- Basic technical troubleshooting (CRM experience a plus)
- Problem-solving abilities and team collaboration
- Must reside in Ontario
