Overview

KPMG in Canada is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Workday Financials practice. As a Director, Workday Financials, you will be responsible for driving business development, managing engagements, and building relationships with clients and their teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to identify and pursue new opportunities.
  • Lead and manage Workday Financials engagements, ensuring successful outcomes and client satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and KPMG partners.
  • Design and configure Workday Financials solutions for clients across various industries.
  • Participate in troubleshooting and root cause analysis activities.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in Workday Financials, staying up-to-date with the latest features and best practices.
  • Collaborate with senior KPMG leaders to enhance and integrate service offerings.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience with Workday Financials.
  • Workday Financials certification is a definite asset.
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
  • Accounting designation (CPA) is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Source to Pay, Order to Cash, Payroll, Acquire to Retire, Project Accounting, Record to Report, and Plan to Perform processes.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Fluency in English and French is considered an asset.
  • Ability to travel up to 30%.
