Senior Workday Consultant

At HR-PATH, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Workday Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our Workday practice, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality Workday solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement technology-enabled HR business solutions for clients, leveraging your expertise in Workday configuration and customization.
  • Design and challenge HR solutions that meet client expectations, ensuring alignment with their business needs.
  • Translate client requirements into actionable configuration options, driving successful project outcomes.
  • Advise clients on solution evolutions, ensuring seamless implementation and optimal results.
  • Facilitate workshops, write design documents, and conduct user acceptance testing to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Manage project timelines, prioritize tasks, and maintain excellent communication with clients and stakeholders.
  • Develop and lead design workshops, preparing documentation and presentations to ensure successful deliverables.
  • Follow Workday Methodology to ensure implementation modules are tailored to client needs.
  • Promote a collaborative team environment, fostering excellent relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Stay up-to-date with Workday best practices, methodologies, and industry trends, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and excellence.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in implementing Workday solutions, with a strong understanding of Workday configuration and customization.
  • Excellent French and English language skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing project requirements and deadlines.
  • Workday Core HCM certification, with a strong understanding of Workday's HR business solutions.
