You want to work on complex problems using leading platforms that spark your innovative spirit. As an expert in enterprise SaaS software, you have hands-on experience with Workday Studio, Core Connectors, Document Transformations (XSLT), DIS, EIBs, Workday Extend, and the entire Workday universe. You understand data models and integration patterns, and you're a lateral problem-solver who is customer-centric and solution-oriented. You're a boss at assessing situations and recommending options, and you've demonstrated a consultative approach that builds trust.

What's the Opportunity?

You'll work directly with our enterprise clients to design, build, test, and implement workflow automation solutions that put Workday at the center of their application ecosystem. You'll showcase your ability to develop solutions that address client needs using a dynamic and flexible toolkit of best-of-class technologies.

You'll work on a wide variety of client-specific integration projects and have the opportunity to learn and apply best practices of enterprise data integration, workflow automation, and application development. You'll work with a dynamic team of client experts in HR, Finance, and IT alongside other Dispatch members to implement creative solutions for hard business problems.

Key Qualifications

  1. Demonstrated experience as a developer of enterprise integration solutions using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, Document transformations (XSLT), DIS, Extend, and EIBs.
  2. Workday Integration and Studio certifications are strongly preferred.
  3. Workday certified in HCM, Payroll and/or Financials are strongly preferred.
  4. Demonstrated mastery of the Workday environment and can navigate Workday with ease and confidence, including reporting, calculated fields, etc.
  5. Proficient in one or more software development languages, such as Python, Ruby, C#, or Java.
  6. Demonstrated experience with human capital and financial management systems.
  7. Comfortable interacting directly with clients - both in technical and non-technical roles.
  8. Proven technical competencies combined with a demonstrated understanding of business processes.
  9. Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
  10. Bachelor's Degree in technical, business, or financial discipline or relevant field of study.
