About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Financial and Administrative Leader to join our team at Black Legend Trans inc. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the administrative and financial functions of our company.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement effective organizational policies and programs, allocating resources to achieve business objectives.
  2. Establish and manage major departments, including senior staff positions, to drive operational efficiency.
  3. Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to ensure alignment with company goals.
  4. Formulate and approve financial and administrative controls, promotional campaigns, and human resources planning.
  5. Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions, ensuring the best interests of the company are represented.
  6. Select middle managers, directors, or executive staff, delegating authority and creating optimal working conditions.
Supervision and Team Management

You will oversee a team of 11-15 people, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to succeed.

Experience and Qualifications

We require a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the industry. A Bachelor's degree is essential.
