About the Role

The Strategic Business Leader - Operations Management will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company, including allocating resources, coordinating work, and establishing financial and administrative controls. The successful candidate will have a strong background in operations management, sales, and leadership, with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives
  • Manage and allocate resources to optimize efficiency and productivity
  • Coordinate and direct the work of regions, divisions, or departments
  • Establish financial and administrative controls to ensure compliance and accuracy
  • Represent the company in negotiations and other official functions
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
  • 1-2 years of experience in operations management, sales, or a related field
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
