About the Role:

The Apex Group is a leading provider of fund administration and middle office solutions. We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Manager, Hedge Fund Administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and assist in the client service of our Hedge Fund administration clients.
  • Coordinate with work performed in other locations globally, financial statement and other fund admin reporting, client visits, global projects and client integration management.
  • Lead the client relationship management for assigned clients.
  • Management of the complete audit process.
  • Assist in the management of the NAV preparation and review process for our hedge fund clients.
  • Ensure adherence to documented procedures and policies.
  • Work on ad hoc internal and global projects (as required).

Requirements:

  • A high degree of commercial awareness and client service focus.
  • Knowledge of partnership accounting, management fee and incentive fee methodologies.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced team environment.
  • Exposure to all aspects of the business, cross-jurisdiction and to working with senior management directly.
