AVP - Hedge Fund Assistant Vice President

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an AVP - Hedge Fund Assistant Vice President. This role will be responsible for overseeing and assisting in the client service of our Hedge Fund administration clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the client relationship management for assigned clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
  • Manage the complete audit process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in the management of the NAV preparation and review process for our hedge fund clients, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Ensure adherence to documented procedures and policies, maintaining a high level of quality and control.
  • Contribute to ad hoc internal and global projects, leveraging expertise and knowledge to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of partnership accounting, management fee, and incentive fee methodologies, applying this knowledge to drive business success.
  • Collaborate with senior management and cross-functional teams to drive business growth, revenue, and sales pipeline.
  • Participate in a dynamic and fast-paced team that makes a genuine impact on the business, with opportunities to innovate, bring discipline to brand activity, and make a real difference.
