Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Child Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing child-care programs that promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Program Development: Create and implement child-care programs that cater to the diverse needs of children, with a focus on education, socialization, and fun activities.
  • Leadership: Lead activities, including storytelling, singing, and outings, to engage children and foster their love for learning.
  • Support and Guidance: Assist children in developing essential life skills, such as eating, dressing, and toileting, while promoting independence and confidence.
  • Observation and Reporting: Monitor children's progress and prepare reports for parents, guardians, or supervisors, highlighting areas of strength and potential challenges.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with colleagues and community service providers to ensure a cohesive and supportive environment for children.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 6 months of experience working with children in a daycare or similar setting.
