About the Job:

We are seeking a qualified and dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join our team as a Child Development Program Coordinator. This role is responsible for developing and implementing child-care programs that support and promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.


Responsibilities:
  • A key responsibility of this role is to assess children's development and create personalized learning plans tailored to their needs.
  • You will also lead activities by telling or reading stories, teaching songs, and taking children on outings to local points of interest.
  • The successful candidate will guide and assist children in developing proper eating, dressing, and toilet habits.
  • An important aspect of this role is observing children for signs of potential learning or behavioral problems and preparing reports for parents, guardians, or supervisors.
  • Establishing and maintaining collaborative relationships with co-workers and community service providers working with children is also crucial.
  • In addition, you will be responsible for planning and maintaining an environment that protects the health, security, and well-being of children.

Requirements:
  • This position requires a non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years in education.
  • At least 7 months of experience in a related field is also necessary.
