Job Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and caring Early Childhood Educator Assistant to join our team As an Early Childhood Educator Assistant, you will work closely with experienced educators to provide exceptional care and education to children aged 0-12 years. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Assisting with Program Implementation
  • Bathing, diapering, and feeding infants and toddlers
  • Telling stories and engaging children in activities
  • Assisting educators in carrying out programs that promote physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development

In addition, you will assist educators in maintaining accurate records, preparing snacks and rooms, and submitting written observations. You will also engage with parents and guardians through regular updates and progress reports.

Work Environment and Conditions

You will be working in a non-smoking, air-conditioned environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. This role requires attention to detail, flexibility, and excellent communication skills. A criminal record check is required for this position.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience working with children
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Punctuality and reliability
