Executive Office Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Executive Office Coordinator to join our team at GLT Transportation Inc. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is organized, efficient and has excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Policies and Procedures: Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Office Administration: Manage office supplies, maintain inventory, and coordinate with vendors.
- Scheduling and Appointments: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events.
- Communication: Answer telephone calls, respond to emails, and relay messages to team members.
- Data Management: Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
- Language: Fluency in English
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week
Estimated Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 per year based on location and experience.
