About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at MANREET TRUCKING LTD. This is a full-time permanent position that requires strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Review and evaluate existing administrative procedures to ensure they meet current business needs.
  • Delegate tasks to office support staff to optimize workflow and reduce workload.
  • Establish priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out various administrative activities, including data entry, report preparation, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate and plan for office services, such as equipment maintenance, supply ordering, and security services.
  • Assist in preparing the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
