MCI ACCOUNTING is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the flow of information within the team, scheduling appointments, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate Team Communication: Ensure seamless communication among team members, including scheduling meetings and distributing information.
  • Schedule Appointments: Arrange and confirm appointments for team members, ensuring timely and efficient use of their time.
  • Provide Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide general support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Perform Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records, perform data entry, and assist with basic bookkeeping tasks.

This is a permanent position, working 40 hours per week. The successful candidate will be fluent in English and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
