Pre-Sales Security Expert

Fortinet, a leading provider of network security solutions, is seeking a highly skilled Pre-Sales Security Expert to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will work closely with senior sales representatives to provide technical support and guidance to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in qualifying sales leads from a technical standpoint.
• Provide technical expertise on sales calls, answering customer questions on features, specifications, and functionality.
• Collaborate with the technical support team and engineering to resolve customer technical issues.
• Develop and deliver post-sales training to customers.
• Interface with Fortinet Channel partners to provide presales support and training.
Requirements:
• 8+ years of experience in technical/pre-sales support as a pre-sales or security expert.
• 7+ years of experience in LAN/WAN/Internet services administration.
• Strong understanding of network security technologies, including routing, switching, VPN, and firewalling.
• Excellent technical troubleshooting and presentation skills.
• Strong communication and writing skills, with experience responding to RFPs.

On-target earnings for this full-time position are expected to be between $120,000 - $215,000 annually.
