The Impact You'll Have

You'll be responsible for developing and managing a team of Security Presales Specialists, ensuring they're effective in their roles and aligned with our strategic priorities. Your expertise will help drive the growth of new customers and projects, and you'll work closely with Sales leaders across the region to achieve our financial objectives.

What You'll Do
  • Develop and manage a team of Security Presales Specialists, providing ongoing mentoring and development to ensure they're equipped to succeed.
  • Align with standardized pre-sales processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Act as a Softchoice Security brand ambassador, building relationships with key Security partners and collaborating with Partner Marketing & the Programs and Alliances Team to create marketing plans and initiatives.
  • Provide Security support for Softchoice sales organizations, planning and conducting executive and sales presentations to customers and partners.
  • Support direct reports in client meetings and engage corporate resources as needed, refining processes and tools to drive success.
What You'll Bring
  • Minimum 3-5 years of management experience, with a strong background in the technology industry and sales experience preferred.
  • Proven expertise in Security product and pricing programs, with a strategic thinker's mindset and a desire to develop a team.
  • Strong critical thinking, innovation, and leadership skills, with a passion for creativity, initiative, collaboration, and motivating others.
